The next day plan with all the details were provided. The tickets for all the activities were provided before hand. The driver assigned to us were very helpful and respectful. Had no issues at all.

The arrangements were seamless, and the transfers between locations were well-coordinated, making the trip stress-free.However, on one occasion, I had to wait for two hours in the hotel lobby due to a scheduling oversight by the company.
